Your 30 days begins from the original date of purchase. You are eligible for a full refund of one open and all unopened items of each product. We can only issue refunds for items physically returned to our warehouse.
Our shipping facility is a 3rd party fulfillment center that has hundreds of clients. The only way to ensure that your return package is credited to your account is to follow the correct return policies and to use our return products system. Don’t worry, it’s easy!
Our customer service department is NOT allowed to accept any packages without an RMA number. For this reason, it is very important that you either print-out or copy the entire return label and place it on the front of your return package. Phen.com does not pay for return shipping.
Please note: customer service reserves the right to deny a refund to any client who has engaged in fraudulent activity or otherwise misrepresented the conditions of their return.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend using tracking (or some other verifiable form of delivery) to mail back Phen supplements. Unverifiable return shipments may not be eligible for a refund.
