We guarantee that you will be pleased with Phen supplements.

If you are not 100% satisfied with Phen supplements, for whatever reason, simply contact us within thirty (30) days of purchase to send your order back for a full refund of the products!

You have nothing to lose... only excess pounds!

Please note: The 30 days begins from the date of purchase. You are eligible for a full refund of one open and all unopened items of each product, given that all bottles in the original order are returned together. We can only issue refunds for items physically returned to our warehouse.


Return Procedure:

Our shipping facility is a 3rd party fulfillment center that has hundreds of clients. The only way to ensure that your return package is credited to your account is to follow the correct return policies and to use our return products system.

Don’t worry, it’s easy!

Follow the steps below to return your order:

1.Contact us here to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

2. Print out (or copy) the entire return label and place it on the front of your return package.

3. Mail your supplements back to the address on your return label.

4. Receive your refund within 7 business days of the products' delivery at our warehouse in Pennsylvania, after the return is inspected and logged by the warehouse team.

Our warehouse uses each package's unique RMA number to identify the order and associate it with correct customer. This process is the only way customer service can ensure timely and accurate refunds for customers. Therefore, it is critical that you either print-out or copy the entire return label and place it on the front of your return package. does not pay for return shipping.

Customer service reserves the right to deny a refund to any client who has engaged in fraudulent activity or otherwise misrepresented the conditions of their return.


Other important points:

Any return request must be made within 30 days of the original shipment date.

Returns must be received by our customer service department no later than 20 days after an RMA number has been issued.

We cannot process or refund packages marked “Return to Sender”. All return packages must be clearly labeled with an RMA number.

The cost of shipping will not be refunded. Both outbound and return shipping fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser and will not be refunded.

To avoid fraud, refunds can only be issued to the same credit card initially used to purchase the product. We cannot issue refunds to another card, even if you no longer have/use the original form of payment.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend using tracking (or some other verifiable form of delivery) to mail back supplements. Unverifiable return shipments may not be eligible for a refund.
