It’s party season and that often means that we indulge a little more than we should. However, the added problem with overdoing the drinks at the office Christmas party or family celebrations is that the next day’s hangover leaves us craving unhealthy foods full of fat, salt and sugar. So, to make sure that one night of over-indulgence doesn’t turn into a weekend of excess, here we have some healthier ways to make yourself feel better the morning after the night before.
1. Drink Some Water
