How do I place an order?

Placing an order at Phen.com is simple.

Choose the product you would like to purchase and click on “Order Now”, then follow the instructions to fill in your personal; billing, payment, and shipping information on the secure order form.

You are then given the opportunity to review and confirm your order. Once it has been confirmed you will be sent an email with all your order information.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, and Debit Cards.

How soon will I receive my order?

All orders placed by 5.00 pm EST Monday thru Friday are shipped the same day. Standard orders are shipped FedEx Express Saver and usually are received within 3 days.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

If you would like to use a P.O. Box to receive your order, please contact Customer Service through the support line on this website.

Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order by contacting customer support before your order is shipped. You will receive the details of your order in the order confirmation email sent immediately following the placement of your order.

Please check your junk mail if you do not receive your order confirmation in your inbox. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Due to Safety procedures, NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES can be accepted.

What days are order shipped?

Orders are shipped Monday - Friday [excluding holidays]. If you place an order after 5:00 pm EST on Friday, then the order will be shipped on the following business day.
